ABSTRACT : "Anti-Organized Crime Act of 2004". Organized crime has become pervasive in the country. This bill aims to arm the government with a powerful legal weapon to combat organized crime and its pernicious effects on society. Aside from securing the criminal conviction of members of crime syndicates, it aims to deny them the fruits of their illegal activities.
