| ABSTRACT : The worsening condition of graft and corruption in the country calls for a need to establish a device to fight this menace. The bill seeks to establish a reward mechanism for informants of crimes committed by reason of public office. The reward mechanism provides incentives such as cash rewards, protection, security and other benefits to encourage ordinary citizens to participate in the government's crusade against graft and corruption. | |
