| SHORT TITLE : Revised Senior Citizen Act of 2004 |
| ABSTRACT : "Revised Senior Citizen Act of 2004." The bill grants senior citizens a 20% discount for purchases made from all other food serving/selling establishments in addition to restaurants. It also entitles senior citizens to a 20% discount for the purchase of all kinds of medicines, whether prescribed or over-the-counter. It limits the extension of the discount privilege to senior citizens with an annual income not exceeding P100,000. |
