| ABSTRACT : The bill proposes to levy and collect in provinces, cities and municipalities within the Metro Manila area an additional 1% annual tax on the assessed value of real property and in all municipalities outside of Metro Manila, 1/2%. The proceeds of the additional levy shall accrue to the special education fund of the local government unit concerned. |

Abstract
The bill proposes to levy and collect in provinces, cities and municipalities within the Metro Manila area an additional 1% annual tax on the assessed value of real property and in all municipalities outside of Metro Manila, 1/2%. The proceeds of the additional levy shall accrue to the special education fund of the local government unit concerned.'
