Abstract
The bill seeks to amend the Intellectual Property Code through the integration of comprehensive, efficient and adequate strategies designed to respond to internet piracy. It gives as much concern to the rights of performers, phonogram producers and broadcasters. It also seeks to recognize their right to distribution and rental, and their right to receive payment for certain forms of broadcasting or communication.'
