ABSTRACT : "The Anti-Discrimination Act of 2004." The bill imposes a penalty of imprisonment for 30 days but not more than 6 months and/or a fine of not less than P10,000 nor more than P100,000 for discriminating against Muslims/Moro and/or indigenous peoples in Mindanao and elsewhere in the country.
