ABSTRACT : Seeks to require law enforcement personnel to wear a body camera whenever they conduct law enforcement and special police operations intends to achieve the delicate balancing act of respecting and protecting human rights while at the same time protect our law enforcement officers from harm, death or adverse legal action as they undertake their official functions.
