SHORT TITLE : "National Land Use Code of 2007"
ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to address issues relative to the allocation and utilization of all lands, whether private or government-owned, including minerals and water therein. It proposes to adopt the following land use categories: a) protection land use; b) production land use; c) settlements development; and d) infrastructure development.
