Abstract
The bill limits the salaries, allowances and other benefits being enjoyed the officials and employees of government-owned and controlled corporations and government financial institutions which are exempt from the salary standardization law not to exceed twice the salaries, allowances and benefits of officials and employees of other government agencies of equivalent ranks and positions.'
