ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to repeal the value-added tax exemption on the following: a) sale/importation of coal, natural gas and petroleum products; b) sale/importation of raw materials used in the manufacture of petroleum products by the importer himself; c) importation of passenger and cargo vessels; d) sales and importations by cooperatives; e) sale, importation, printing and publication of books; and f) medical and legal professional services rendered. |
