FULL TITLE : AN ACT PROVIDING FOR CHEAPER MEDICINES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to provide Filipinos greater access to low-priced medicines by reinforcing the parallel drug importation scheme of the state-owned Philippine Internation Trading Corp. (PITC) and by allowing any entity to import patented drugs sold cheaper in other countries.
