| ABSTRACT : There is hereby established a Presidential Election Campaign Fund wherein qualified Presidential candidates receive money from the said Fund to cover campaign expenses. > The Bureau of Internal Revenue shall make the necessar policies and adjustments to this voluntary tax checkoff in the returns made by individual taxpayers. | |

Abstract
