ABSTRACT : "National Land Administration Reform Act of 2004". The land administration powers and functions in the country are currently dispersed among different government agencies. This bill seeks to reform the existing land administration and management system by consolidating and streamlining the land administration functions and powers within a single government agency to be known as the National Land Administration Reform Authority.
