SHORT TITLE : "Anti-Enforced or Involuntary Disappearance Act of 2006"
ABSTRACT : The bill provides for the following, among others: a) permanent prohibition of enforced or involuntary disappearance (EID), b) "order of battle" not a legal ground for EID, c) right of victim of EID, and d) penal provisions.
