| ABSTRACT : "Wind Energy Investors' Incentives Act of 2004." The bill grants the owners, developers, investors and operators of wind energy business the following tax incentives: a) exemption from the payment of customs duties on imported equipment, machinery; vehicles and spare part; b) income tax exemption for the first five years of operations; and c) accelerated depreciation of the assets of the business. |
