SHORT TITLE : “Basic Education Service Contracting Act”
ABSTRACT : “Basic Education Service Contracting Act”. The bill provides for the basic education services that may be availed of by the government, to wit: a) instructional services of private schools, b) private management/supervision of certain public schools, c) private-public partnership for school building, and d) educational assessment and monitoring.
