SHORT TITLE : School Building Program Act
ABSTRACT : "School Building Program Act." The bill creates a comprehensive program that will address the problem of classroom shortage. It authorizes the Department of Education to enter into build-operate and transfer, build and transfer, build-lease and transfer, rehabilitate-operate and transfer and other contractual arrangement schemes with pre-qualified private contractors.
