FULL TITLE : AN ACT STRENGTHENING THE MANDATE ON THE INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN AND AMONG PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTITIES, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : The bill provides punishment for refusal or failure of any telecommunications entity to comply with interconnection regulation after having been required by lawful written order of the National Telecommunications Commission. Acts that result in the termination, disconnection, discontinuance, interruption, blocking and/disruption of interconnection by any public telecommunications entity will be prohibited.

Abstract
