ABSTRACT : "Irradiation Technology Act of 2004." The bill defines irradiation as a physical method of treating food and medical products by exposing them to gamma rays or electrons from radioisotopes and electron machine. The proposed facility shall be tasked to provide proper irradiation facility for commercial and large scale practical applications.
