Abstract
The bill provides for the election of three sectoral representatives each in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Sangguniang Panlungsod and Sangguniang Bayan, to wit: one from the women sector; one from workers and one from the sector with sufficient membership in the locality to warrant representation.
