| ABSTRACT : The bill proposes to hold a synchronized barangay and sangguniang kabataan (SK) elections on the 2nd Monday of May 2007 simultaneous with the local and national elections. Subsequent synchronized barangay and SK elections shall be held every three years thereafter. |

Abstract
