| ABSTRACT : The bill provides an opportunity for qualified soldiers and policemen to secure a degree by allowing them to enroll in the Open University for Independent Studies of the University of the Philippines. It directs the Department of National Defense and the Department of the Interior and Local Government to prioritize the approval of the leaves of these soldiers/policemen. |
