FULL TITLE : AN ACT DESIGNATING THE PHILIPPINE PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA AS THE NATIONAL ORCHESTRA OF THE PHILIPPINES, DEFINING ITS ROLE AND FUNCTIONS AS SUCH, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : Designation as the National Orchestra of the Philippines. - In recognition of its having fulfilled the norms of the foregoing national policy, and having satisfied the following criteria, the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, hereinafter referred to in this Act as the "PPO", is hereby designated as the National Orchestra of the Philippines: >National in scope. - It tackles and presents the arts, culture, traditions, issue, and concerns of the nation.
