ABSTRACT : The bill clarifies that a "clandestine laboratory" refers to any facility used for the illegal manufacture of any dangerous drug situated not only on land or real property but also those in a boat, ship, airplane, van or on any location possible. It imposes the death penalty on the person who owns, establishes, maintains and operates a clandestine laboratory. |

Abstract
The bill clarifies that a "clandestine laboratory" refers to any facility used for the illegal manufacture of any dangerous drug situated not only on land or real property but also those in a boat, ship, airplane, van or on any location possible. It imposes the death penalty on the person who owns, establishes, maintains and operates a clandestine laboratory.'
