ABSTRACT : Requires all government offices to cease from using incandescent bulbs and fluorescent tube lights and CFL bulbs which contain mercury, a known toxic metal used to run these bulbs, and instead replace these with Light Emitting Diodes (LED) lights in order to promote economy in governance and to protect the right of the people to a balanced and healthful ecology. |

Abstract
