| ABSTRACT : Under this Act, ELECTORAL FRAUDS shall include: (1) "Dagdag-bawas" in election returns; (2) ballot switching; (3) flying voters; (4) vote buying and padding ; (5) multiple voting; and (6) use of force or coercion. |
