ABSTRACT : This bill substantiates the State policy to promote privatization through an orderly, coordinated and efficient program for the recovery of ill-gotten wealth and the prompt disposition and liquidation of non-relevant and non-performing assets of government agencies which have been found unnecessary or inappropriate for the government sector to maintain. | |
