ABSTRACT : "Fuel Ethanol Act of 2004." The bill encourages and promotes the use of ethyl alcohol or ethanol as an alternative transport fuel through the Fuel Ethanol Program. The Program shall introduce the production of ethanol from sugarcane, corn, or cassava.
