ABSTRACT : The bill defines a war veteran as "any person who rendered military service in the land, sea or air forces of the Philippines when the Philippines was at war and foreign nationals who served in the Philippine forces. A veteran of a military campaign is any person who became part of the Philippine expeditionary forces sent abroad or who participated in a military campaign so designated by the President of the Philippines." |
