| ABSTRACT : This bill declares as public funds all coconut levy funds, which include all incomes, interests or profits derived therefrom, as well as all assets, properties and shares of stocks procured or obtained with the use of such funds; defines the term coconut levy funds as enforced contribution levied by the State on the coconut farmers pursuant to R.A. 6260, P.D.s 276, 582, 1841 and other pertinent amendatory laws, and creates the Coconut Industry Rehabilitation and Development Fund (CIRDF). |

Abstract
This bill declares as public funds all coconut levy funds, which include all incomes, interests or profits derived therefrom, as well as all assets, properties and shares of stocks procured or obtained with the use of such funds; defines the term coconut levy funds as enforced contribution levied by the State on the coconut farmers pursuant to R.A. 6260, P.D.s 276, 582, 1841 and other pertinent amendatory laws, and creates the Coconut Industry Rehabilitation and Development Fund (CIRDF).
