| ABSTRACT : For purposes of this bill, the following terms are defined: (1) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; (2) PHYSICAL VIOLENCE; (3) PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE; (4) ECONOMIC ABUSE; AND (5) SEXUAL VIOLENCE. Abstract
For purposes of this bill, the following terms are defined: (1) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; (2) PHYSICAL VIOLENCE; (3) PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE; (4) ECONOMIC ABUSE; AND (5) SEXUAL VIOLENCE.
