ABSTRACT : The bill sets the probationary employment period of academic personnel as follows: a) one (1) calendar year of very satisfactory service for those in the elementary and secondary levels; b) two consecutive regular semesters of very satisfactory service for those in the tertiary levels; and c) three consecutive trimester of very satisfactory service for those in the tertiary level with a trimester program. |
