Abstract
This bill REMOVES from the DILG Secretary the function of EX-OFFICIO CHAIRMAN of the PNP. This way, the Secretary can concentrate more on the affairs of the Department. The Chairman of the PNP Commission shall be APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT.
