| SHORT TITLE : Public Sector Unionism Act of 2004 |
| ABSTRACT : "Public Sector Unionism Act of 2004." The bill provides for the protection of the rights of ALL workers and employees in the public sector to: a) self-organization; b) collective bargaining and negotiations; c) peaceful concerted activities; and d) strike. It establishes the Public Sector Labor Relations Board which shall have original and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide on all cases arising from the proposed act. |
