SHORT TITLE : "Oil Spill Liability Fund Act of 2007"
ABSTRACT : The bill establishes an Oil Spill Liability Fund that shall be tapped to pay for the clean-up or removal and natural resources damage assessment and claim caused by any ship, tanker, vessel, tanker barge or any othr watercraft which accidentally or otherwise discharge oil or oily mixture on waters.
