| SHORT TITLE : The Revised Public Land Act of the Philippines |
| ABSTRACT : "The Revised Public Land Act of the Philippines". The measure amends the Public Land Act of 1936 to provide for an efficient management and disposition of public lands by intensifying the survey of lands, and hastening the disposition and titling of alienable lands, among others. It also provides for the integration of land surveying activities in order to avoid inconsistent land survey data. It seeks the creation of the Bureau of Land Management which shall be the sole government agency tasked to regulate and conduct all land surveys. |
