| ABSTRACT : The bill grants the punong barangay additional powers, duties and functions, to wit: a) to enforce laws and regulations relating to the prevention, use and sale of illegal drugs; b) to perform minor repairs and maintenance of municipal and barangay roads ; and c) to conduct annually a census of the population of the barangay. |

Abstract
The bill grants the punong barangay additional powers, duties and functions, to wit: a) to enforce laws and regulations relating to the prevention, use and sale of illegal drugs; b) to perform minor repairs and maintenance of municipal and barangay roads ; and c) to conduct annually a census of the population of the barangay.'
