| ABSTRACT : "Anti-Kotong Act of 2010" Institutes a policy whereby law enforcement officers and public officials who will be implicated in the unlawful act of "kotong" shall be penalized as well as encourage all concerned citizens to report such illegal activity to proper authorities. |
