ABSTRACT : "Truth in Mobile Telephone Billing Act." The bill requires mobile telephone service providers to bill subscribers for actual air time usage, i.e., every 6-second pulse of usage which translates to one-tenth (1/10) of a minute. It also directs the service providers to furnish pre-paid subscribers with a detailed billing upon presentation of the consumed pre-paid card at designated business centers of the providers. | |

Abstract
"Truth in Mobile Telephone Billing Act." The bill requires mobile telephone service providers to bill subscribers for actual air time usage, i.e., every 6-second pulse of usage which translates to one-tenth (1/10) of a minute. It also directs the service providers to furnish pre-paid subscribers with a detailed billing upon presentation of the consumed pre-paid card at designated business centers of the providers.'
