"Workers Compensation Act of 2010" Renames the Employee's Compensation Program (ECP) to Workers Compensation Program thereby enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the said program in it the work contingency prevention, as well as the rehabilitation of occupationally disabled workers.
