| SHORT TITLE : The Political Party Development Act of 2004 |
| ABSTRACT : "The Political Party Development Act of 2004". The bill seeks to strengthen the political party system and uphold party loyalty. It also seeks to establish a State Subsidy Fund to be used solely for campaign expenditures, operations and programs of accredited national political parties. It hopes to transform the Philippine political parties from personality-oriented to issue-oriented political organizations to provide our constitutents with a better brand of party politics. |

Abstract
"The Political Party Development Act of 2004". The bill seeks to strengthen the political party system and uphold party loyalty.
