ABSTRACT : The main purpose of this bill is to provide a definition to the phrase "marital infidelity" and to provide the penalty for the commission thereof. It also seeks to correct the seeming disparity in the treatment of husbands and wives thereby actualizing the constitutional mandate of equality of men and women before the law.
