FULL TITLE : AN ACT CRIMINALIZING ENFORCED OR INVOLUNTARY DISAPPEARANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : All forms of enforced or involuntary disappearance shall be prohibited by law. The State shall ensure that such act shall be recognized as offenses under the criminal laws and shall be punishable by appropriate penalties, which shall take into account the seriousness of such offense.
