ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to strengthen the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) by allowing students to work not only during summer or Christmas vacations but also for the whole year. It also allows small and medium scale enterprises or entities with more than ten (10) employees to adopt the program. It further penalizes any person or entity who refuses or dishonors the educational vouchers paid by the government with imprisonment of not more than six months to one year and a fine of not less than PhP10,000.00. | |

Abstract
The bill seeks to strengthen the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) by allowing students to work not only during summer or Christmas vacations but also for the whole year. It also allows small and medium scale enterprises or entities with more than ten (10) employees to adopt the program. It further penalizes any person or entity who refuses or dishonors the educational vouchers paid by the government with imprisonment of not more than six months to one year and a fine of not less than PhP10,000.00.'
