| SHORT TITLE : Travel Tax Reform Act of 2004 |
| ABSTRACT : "Travel Tax Reform Act of 2004." The bill proposes to gradually reduce the annual share of the Higher Education Development Fund (HEDF) from the travel tax collection from 40% to 20% at an annual reduction rate of 10%. The reduced share of the HEDF shall be reallocated to the Philippine Tourism Authority to be used for tourism infrastructure development and promotions. |

Abstract
"Travel Tax Reform Act of 2004."
