ABSTRACT : Main thrusts of this bill are: (1) To address the problem of highly priced bu commonly used drugs and medicines in the country; (2) To give our impoverished sectors ACCESS to essential drugs; and (3) To assure our people better availability of medicines that will improve their healthy and the quality of their lives. |
