ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to facilitate the "mainstreaming" of renewable energy (RE) systems by providing fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to industry players. It establishes the Renewable Energy Trust Fund to finance research and development of RE system applications and the propagation of the same.
