ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to strengthen the ranking system in the appointment of school teachers by empowering the Local School Boards to screen and recommend applicants to any teaching position in their area of jurisdiction. The bill further requires the applicants to possess the necessary qualifications and standards set by the Department of Education.
