| ABSTRACT : This bill democratizes the use of the Judiciary Development Fund by providing that at least ninety percent (90%) of the Fund shall be used for cost of living allowances, and not more than ten percent (10%) shall be used for office equipment and facilities in the Courts where the legal fees are collected. |
