ABSTRACT : Declares ALL forms of enforced or involuntary disapperances as UNLAWFUL and recognizes that such OFFENSES are under our criminal laws and are therefore punisha by appropriate penalties. Defines "ENFORCED OR INVOLUNTARY DISAPPERANCE " and states whoshall be penalized under this Act.
